Hi everyone,

A complete online book "Sex In History" by Gordon Rattray Taylor (first 
published 1954) is here:-

Chapter 7 ("Fay Ce Que Vous Vouldras") covers from 15th Century Italy up to 
the wildfire passage of syphilis through Europe all the way to China 
(allegedly brought back from Haiti by Columbus' sailors), and Fallopius' 
subsequent (1560) invention of the condom.
