VMS: to sense or nonsense, is that the question?

Hi all,
just an idea - out of my fun "translation". If we could produce a dictionary
mapping out of the VMS and some known text (any language) and produce some
educated grammar constructing (-dy -> -ing and so on), and the result is
quite readable (non gibberish). will that be a prove of a meaningful text in
the VMS. If you apply GIGO to VMS, if the VMS is garbage, any automatic
mapping should produce garbage too.
