RE: Folio 57v & phebelabia...

That's a much better picture than the ones I saw
on the web.  I actually saw one at the Renaissance
Festival and got to handle it.  I got a card from
the engraver but I don't know which 3 foot pile
it's in right now.

I found one of the 17 step 270 degree moon dials
It is a pdf file, so you need the Acrobat reader.
The moon dial is on page 4.  There is also a
picture of a wind rose.
