Logging into one's own preferences on the Yahoo Group's page allows you to
choose between html and txt. Html is the default for all users in a group,
and to change the setting each user must individually go to the yahoo page
(and if not already registered with yahoo, then sign in). Offhand, I
remember that this particular toggle took a bit to find.
