VMs: Virus mail

Boy, they didn't take long to find us.  I reiterate my warning
that the VMs list doesn't want mail with attachments or HTML, so
anything that needs to be opened should be discarded unread.

And, since we don't have any way to protect against viruses
automatically on the new list, I'll keep the "permanent home"
analysis on the top of the stack, and lay out the options so
far for more list member feedback within a few days.
