First I thought that that meant Dr. North could
have been the author, but I think we can already
answer that one :-)

Dr. North is an Englishman in Holland. I'm a 
Dutchman in Germany and Petr is (I'm guessing)
Czech in Holland.

He does seem to fit well in the VMs entousiast
pattern.
(Remember, Voynich himself did not live in 
his country of origin)
