I look forward to hearing from you, Luis.  I've finished the
normal character set, and a couple of pages of demonstration
transcription so I can tweak the glyphs for uniformity.  I'll put
up a couple of these pages privately for comment and post the URL.

The layout requires MIE 4.0 or above until the entire glyph set is
finished and the font may be posted for downloading, but at least
it's a beginning and a method for entering into discussion on what
constitutes a character. This interim step is necessary if
alternative approaches are to be incorporated and a concensus font
finalized.
