It seems reasonable:
f74 is missing. There's a stub visible, and 
a page number missing. The missing page numbers
are always consistent or credible. To me it
seems that the foliator had evidence of the 
existence of pages now missing.

In several places there are little a, b and c
characters written in the upper corners. I
specifically remember from my visit to the 
Beinecke that these are written with a pencil.
