The stars section... with nothing much to go on, it
could be about many different things. One option,
as good as many others, is that it is a 'list of
cities' or an excerpt of Ptolemy's geography.
The handy tables include such a list of important
cities but I have no idea how many. If that is
anywhere between 320 and 380 it could be a sign...

Then, the occurrence of a word like qokeey in
the odd way we are observing could be explained
in various different ways (name of a region,
the word 'sea' or water). The weakest point of
this theory is that there aren't any other words
obviously behaving in this manner.

So, it is one thing to see this odd behaviour, it
is quite another that it seems to affect only one
word.
