Vitkorovich. Sukhotin is a fairly common name in Russia. But it must
be the same fellow. Last I saw from him dated from, if memory serves,
1974. "Problemy mezhzvesdnoy svjazi" (I think I stuffed up somewhere,
it's late, I'm tired -- anyway: "Problems of interstellar communication")
I am sure there is an English translation of some of his stuff in
our archives. I should know: I did the translations! I just saw them
the other day in a remote corner of my hard disk, logical drive S:
