WoW! There is no trace of any diacritic there - but I believe
Greek could be written without them - just as Hebrew or email
dialect of Polish <g/>.
So what I can see now on that label is:
omicron <space> beta|alpha == o Ba
which might expand to "ho Basileos" - perhaps?
