The non-moon characters in f68r1 and f68r2 certainly seem to represent 2 different entities.  Note the shape of the face and the hair.  f68r1 seems to resemble depictions of Mars or Ares.  Though I believe the stars represent the Pleiades more than Taurus itself, but I have not studied the configuration that closely.

f68r2 is more perplexing.  Both Jupiter and Saturn are usually depicted with full beards.  The character in f68r2 has short hair and is clean-faced.  If this is a planet that would leave Venus (uh, no, being as Venus is a woman) and Mercury (The other planets were unknown at the time of this document).  Mercury is a better match for this drawing - but doubtful (though Mercury does pass through Taurus).  This depiction is probably Sol (Helios) who also appears clean-faced.

But then it could be Mars, some roman emperor, or "Bob the pool boy" too.

I do find it interesting that both depictions are very representative of Roman coins.  With the portrait and the circular text in f68r2.

I meant that since both diagrams looks quite similar (but one with the "moon" 
at the top and the other at the bottom", how did you reach the conclusion?

For me (really I can't comment on astronomy) f68r1 could also mean a 
Moon/Planet conjuction and f68r2 could depict a conjunction of the Moon and 
Mars in Taurus. Really they look like upside down of each other.
