VMs: Newbie's two cents worth
I'll just throw this out there and let you old-timers eat me alive!
My initial frequency count says Mono substitution cipher, but it could be
plain text with the letters assigned in error, which would be the same thing.
I have tried to make something of Strong's work, but I can make absolutely
no sense to it. I don't see how it can be multiple strips; the frequency
count isn't flat enough.
Daiin is used 807 times; okaiin is used 209 times; qokaiin 262
times; otaiin 150 times.
It sure looks to me like a lost language with root forms for verbs,
suffixes for persons and genders and prefixes for tenses.
