I was not thinking on a true meaning of the vms, but more on the possibility 
of some text mangling to create something that Rudolf would buy.
It could still be a hoax which can be read, but it is non-sensical (like 
Markov chain texts based on word transitions). 

How can one get hints that the text may not be truly readable?
I tend to agree that it may be impossible to do so, but I am open to 
suggestions.
