I do not want to make it Voynich-specific. So it means that
I should allow for a "filter", a sort of Bitrans pre-processor.
This calls for a very different, and not intuitive, user
interface.

There are only about 15 basic strokes in Chinese writing,
and they can be reduced to fewer... let me see...
dian3 (dot), heng2 (horizontal line), shu4 (vertical line)
na4 (slanting down), ti2 (up), pie3 (curved acute),
wo4 (the second stroke in xin "heart"), zhe2 (90-degrees
change of direction), gou (final hook). I do not think
I have forgotten any. Any character can be "spelt out"
in terms of those nine fundamental elements. For instance
xiao3 "small" is: dian3, shu4-gou, dian3 (dot, vertical
stroke ending in a hook, dot). "Heart" is dian3, wo4,
dian3, dian3.

Well, a capital M is a combination of a V and two flanking
I's, isn't it? And a Greek alpha is a lambda with a horizontal
added. And a theta an omicron with a horizontal stroke inside.

It isn't easy. Nor obvious, when you think about it.
