True, true.  I guess the only way to prove what the alphabet scheme truly is is to translate/decode the document...but translating/decode it needs a good alphabet scheme...but you need to translate/decode it to get a good scheme...<grin>

It would be interesting to see how the letter distribution/entropy changes from straight EVA to making "t" something like "ql" etc. though.   I'll put it on my list of things to do sometime.
