The text looks like this -

1. Bismi Allahi alrrahmani alrraheemi
2. Alhamdu lillahi rabbi alAAalameena
3. Alrrahmani alrraheemi
4. Maliki yawmi alddeeni
5. Iyyaka naAAbudu wa-iyyaka nastaAAeenu
6. Ihdina alssirata almustaqeema
7. Sirata allatheena anAAamta AAalayhim ghayri almaghdoobi AAalayhim wala
  alddalleena

You'd need to do some cutting and pasting, because the book is split into 
short verses, but this should serve your purposes.  Good luck!.

By the way - in case you didn't know this - if you are thinking of running 
tests on such a text with the vowels removed be careful!  I think that some 
of the glottals (technically consonants) are represented with vowels in this 
system.
