In modern Czech (which I know reasonably) it would be said like something:
Tichý to nebádal
nebylo to probádano Tichým

The closest I can get to this theory without hurting (modern) Czech would be:
se nebádalo Tichým

In Czech "no" hardly ever (never?) occurs as a separate word. Usually it is connected to the active
verb of the sentence: NEjsem, NEchodím, NEmám etc.

But it's a very original hypothesis and don't let us discourage you ! Keep it up !
