VMs: Strange disorders

The study of medeival medicine certainly has its surprises.  Along with
numerous recipes involving "woman's milk" and other strange ingredients, we
also have some thought provoking diseases and disorders.  Here's one I don't
even want to imagine.... :-)

a disorder to which the English were thought to be particularly prone."
