	I've read that Lithuanian is the most archaic
Indo-European language 
extant,  FWIW.

	Pagan religion... very interesting. In an old issue of
Gnosis magazine, I 
read that pre-Christian paganism survived more than
anyplace in Europe, and 
is still there to some extent.  I know no details.  

	I'd like to hear more, if you have any more details.
