it may be nothing but i've come across a
manuscript(online) that contains a few similar characters to ones contained in
the VMS... i am not a handwriting expert (certainly not medieval!!), but
they do look similar (i.e. written in what looks like the same way) although
they dont appear as frequently as the ones in the VMS
the characters in question are (by EVA characters)
'y' 'sh' and 'ch'.. especially the 'sh'
unfortunatly i have no way of showing these
comparisons online at the moment.. :O(
