VMs: Re: word length counts

The statistics gathered here are the way to unlock the phrase structure and
the reason for the unique nature of a high percentage of words. It suggests
a catalogue of items, or a recipe. When explorers visit new regions they
often produce such catalogues to record specimens that they are collecting.
The images do not fit this notion, but they may have an associated meaning
that no one is looking for. Symbolism that indirectly depicts the catalogue
type. A visual shorthand to expand on the catalogue contents. Remember that
any information is better interpreted through visual means. A graph of
rainfall data is much clearer than a table measured in inches. Matchstick
men and women indicate which restroom it is appropriate to walk into. No
words are involved in these representations. The symbols are already within
the culture.

If a lot of these words are place names then they would occur quite
infrequently. If you want to return to a place where you found an unusual
plant you would surely give that place a name. Also you would need to record
directions to that place.

Do the astrological/astronomical diagrams match to any constellations? If so
these would be usefull in navigating back to the place of origin.

Astrological symbols could indicate which month individual places were
visited. This would be important to recollect specimens. The plants would
only be available during certain seasons.

Is there anything that could be interpreted as a map. It may not look like a
map as we see it.
