VMs: Japanese

The word osarai appears in part of a word on the first page of the VMS. This
is the word written as an english transliteration. I have found other part
Japanese words.

Is there any mileage in this? Some of the symbols could be bastardizations
of japanese symbol and would shorten words. If it was only a part
translation, or a lazy translator, these symbols could represent the rest of
the word.
