Are you losing it?  

All that can be said now is that one sentence has a vague relation to a mixture of languages.  Promising - but as I have found, many promising starts fall apart quite quickly in this endeavor.

You need to translate more of the document with your code and see if it falls apart or gets more solid.

I do like your use of "h" for voynich t and "d" for Voy "n" as these symbols appear in old French documents I have seen with those very translations.  

So your theory is that it is a simple substitution cipher with a complex underlying set of languages.  Just FYI: it is not unusual for documents of this time to mix languages (ie Latin, French and German).  Dee wrote this way at times. 

Polynesian, Maya, French and Spanish.  That would indeed be interesting.
