I do *not* choose to ignore.  I like to keep all options open and investigate as much as possible.  I always believe that even if I disagree with a theory that there is at least some small nugget I can take away with me and possibly use later.  I must admit that I was too lazy to go out, pick some text, go through the steps and try out your theory.  But, being as this is a sideline interest for all of us the more info you can give the better we will be able to investigate it.  Thank you for the sample translation.

I will have someone who knows Ukrainian better than the few swear words I have learned over the years look at this.  

While any vowel-less language is difficult to translate, this does not seem to be so clear cut on first glance. Being as you ignore spaces, it seems that almost any sentence in any language could be made of the text

(frankly that seems to make as much sense as "Miss, your Sust will renew eye")

I usually have no arguments with the text being vowel-less, and still being translatable...(many ancient texts are just that) but once you start ignoring spaces without having a clear null character the translation immediately becomes suspect. But hey!  I'll give it a shot.

  STEP III  Forming sentences in original language

  Powi Oko Bozhyje, Sustowi zazhyje oko Bozhyje?

                  

                  I will skip step IV and translate to English from Step III.

   

  STEP V  Translation to English

   

  1.      Mr. is that you who believe in your believe? Miss, your Sust will renew eye 

  and will rule. Tell me Eye Of God, will God*s eye of Sust heal?


  Please note: In my home page is given table of alphabets hence any one who like to read

  Ukrainian text in English alphabet can do that. Also  is given phonetic value of each Ukrainian

  letter in English.

  Larry, I believe my decipherment is transparent. But you choose to ignore.
