VMs: A forest of trees

Hi everyone:

I just stumbled on an excellent book excerpt which gives a systematic view
of several accredited versions of the jewish Tree of Life. It is a good
exposition,
much better than any that I could have developed myself, of notions that I
tried to demonstrate in some of my former posts. It serves also as an
illustration of the damages that may be imposed on a philosophical theme
through the distorting work of manifold interpretations, especially when
those do not start from an indisputable reading of its original meaning.
