VMs: Dee, the [Roger] Bacon collector

Remember this one?

Bacon, Roger, 1214?-1294. cn
De mirabili potestate artis et naturae. English
Frier Bacon his discovery of the miracles of art, nature, and magick
microform / faithfully translated out of Dr. Dees own
copy by T.M. and never before in English.
London : Printed for Simon Miller ..., 1659.
Holdings:
CLEVELAND/General Reference
CALL NUMBER: PR161 .E32x STC2 51:3. -- Microfilm -- NonCirculating

aka:

Davis, Tenney, tr. Roger Bacon's Letter Concerning the Marvelous Power of
Art and of
Nature and Concerning the Nullity of Magic. Easton: Chemical Publishing,
1923.

I think that MS is precisely where Bacon lists his seven ciphers and that
almost-famous quotation: "a man is crazy who writes a secret in any other
way than one which will conceal it from the vulgar".

But is this the same Bacon book read by Dee that they have on the Bodleian?
