Hi everyone,

Here's my pair-transcription of Herbal B [hb] page f31v, and some comments.

(1) In many ways, this appears transitional between [ha] and the 
balneological pages I've been looking at. For example, there are more 
instances of <dy> pairs following {e|ee|eee|eo} than in the [ha] page I 
looked at (16, in fact), but still *far* less than in the balneological 
pages. Also here, <dy> doesn't occur in any other context.

(2) I'm seeing <os> and <or> appear on this page, whereas on many other 
pages it's exclusively <or>. Is <os> a separate pair, is it (as I described 
for <od>) a combination of a trailing <-o> and a free-standing <s>, or is 
it a misreading of <or> from a wax tablet? I suspect a misreading... but 
the jury's still out on this one. :-o

(3) There's an <oeee> instance here, which (I believe) is a bit of a rarity 
- and an <e.ch.e> ligatured word-ending (at the start of line 9).

(4) Unlike the [ha] page, there are no instances of <ch> here which look 
like they ought to be at the end of a word.

(5) As the freestanding <l> in line 10 is preceded by <eo>, I elected to 
pairify it as if it were <e.ol>, rather than <eo [newline] l> - this was 
because there were no other freestanding <l>s on the page. By way of 
contrast, the balneo section had a good number of those (and the [ha] page 
I tried had none at all).
