If you are in need of thumbnails of the images, my Frontpage is generating
them automatically for each folio.  Each file is 3kb in length.  It will be
a couple of weeks before all pages are on the site, but if thumbs are
required, I can certainly zip them into a small bundle and transmit them via
email to whomever requires them.
