Yes! Now I have finally got the same results 
for h1 on both programs - which shows that the Java
program calculates entropy correctly and can be used
as a substitute before Monkey-2 is ready (esp. for large
files and extended ASCII character sets).

BTW - as you asked for feature suggestions, I think it
would be useful to define ALPHABET by individual
characters instead of or in addition to the subsets
as it is in Monkey now.
