Vladimir is right, but of course, one might
not easily agree on what really belongs together
and what is an individual character.
There are two nice aspects to this:

1) The guy who is doing the work has the right to
   make his own choices. He can listen to others'
   advice, such as mine, which is that the Eva
   alphabet was not intended to represent single
   letters with single characters, but it is really
   up to him to define.

2) The program BITRANS can be used very effectively
   to change the definition of the alphabet at
   a moment's notice, without having to write any
   code.
