VMs: Adjusted letter counts

The text at the bottom of the message was produced by analysing a mixture of
old english, latin, french and modern english to get the letter frequencies
of letter occurances at set positions within a word. Always starting at the
last letter and working backwards. The tables formed by this method were
applied to the vms as a substitution cipher that was letter position
dependant. Now I know that this is not near to any known phrases (at least I
assume that) but I would like to ask anyone here whether they have access to
a text form of the writings of John Dee. Or alternatively let me known which
mix of languages he used and how he mixed them together.
