"Epibreren" (epibrating) is a word devised by the dutch writer Simon
Carmiggelt. He used to take long walks through his workplace with a dossier
under his arm. When someone asked what he was doing he said: "I'm going to
have this file epibrated." It means nothing but it sounds official enough.
