That is correct. These lists, however, also include
other 'correspondences' than 'rising at the same
time'. It could be culmination, setting at the same
time and, in fact, also the opposite of culmination
(i.e. Immum Coeli), although the stars of Sagittarius
are not so conspicuous that they would seem to
deserve to be listed for this.
There is a further complication that these lists
suffer from frequent translation errors. Thus,
it may not be possible to prove / disprove
very much, but for me the person depicted here
is a 'person shooting arrows' shown in a similar
style as the sagittarius VMs, and it is a trail.

Like I said, I will see if I can come up with 
something more.
