As paranatellonta are the stars rising above the
horizon at the same time as a given sign (part of
of the ecliptic), I doubt a star in Sagittarius
may be rising together with Leo - maybe in
sub-polar regions but that is of little interest
to us. Any degree of Leo is 120 degrees from
the same degree in Sagittarius (forming a trine,
astrologically speaking) - so would be far down 
below the earth (close to Immum Coeli, astrologically
speaging once again).
