	D'Imperio's book is excellent.  Everyone here ought to
have it.  However, *don't* waste $40 on Levitov.  It's
an absolute piece of crap. I don't even trust the
images.  Levitov probably traced them from the
copyflow, but his alphabet is idiosyncratic, so his
pictures are unreliable.  

	Jacques Guy and I debunked Levitov thoroughly.
