Don't forget its known history starts in Rudolfian Bohemia,
and argued Jan Hurych that it may have been created
by Sinapius (ie. Czech). He may well have done that.
The "Kelley only" hoax hypothesis is, I think, searching
"under the lantern" because so much is known about Kelley
and so little about Sinapius - the same as with Dee's pagination.
