scan of a second-generation Xerox of Friedman's
copies.


I notice that you can make out rather more detail on this old copy
than the two newer ones. Did Friedman have copies of every page,
and are they still in existence somewhere?

I have transcribed the circular markings from it but I am not certain
that there is a consistent pattern.
