*yes* and almost (per ES) 

the next or presently encountered 'token/gallows'(?) for that 
character transcription.. is either _moved_ backward or forward with 
i ii iii, ) )) )), / // ///, etc. or may "jump" on the _same_ key page 
with 
another gallows character!!.. "the c_gallows_c DEMANDS the flip" to 
the 
MIRROR side of the KEY page (at which point all gallows follow the 
same order as before) until, encountering another c_gallows_c, causing 
another rotating of the master/key... NOTE:// the particular shape of 
the c_gallows_c determines where you land from the key you just left. 

think the game *BINGO* & hold your finger on the b12 square.. now you 
get a c_gallows_c... C H A N G E Bingo Cards, _BUT_ start where your 
last b12 square WAS "YES EVEN IT IT NOW SAYS b17" on the new card 
etc..

lots of of work (but but infinitly secure) simple in concept, but hard 
on 
the scribes:: 

thus the lack of c_gallows_c chars in the end pages of vms. THEY s/he 
& I too, got tired of Flipping this ~stupid code~ over & over when 
trying to write or DEcode it.... 1 (one) sided code is ~infinitly~
