I don't think that this is the problem, but _why_ would anybody want to encode -
- a melody?
If Voynechese represents music, I dont believe it has to be encrypted. The regularities,
repetitions and character shapes let it look more like plaintext, that an able
musician should be able to read on the fly. Shurely just suggestions, but if I can find
someone familiar with notes, I will try to get a concept  for this.
