VMs: Porta cipher

The next thing I plan to do is insert gallows like characters. Using
probably the digits 1 to 8. These will represent cfh, ckh, cph, cth, kch
etc. These will remain as is in the ciphertext as indicators and represent
uppercase characters that may be used as switching indicators. I believe
this method will allow a plaintext to be enciphered and allow the results to
match those of the VMS.

BTW I believe that this method would also explain why triplets seemed to
give me what I believed where indicators to the plain text.
