It is not so simple, I would say. What if the
VMs is not some complicated cipher, but some
language? What if it is someone's private,
invented language? One can try and identify vowels
and consonants. If it is impossible, it means some-
thing. If it is possible, it means something else.
(Well, in both cases it could mean lots of different
things). It turns out to be just about possible
but it is not clear-cut.
It's a worthwhile experiment.
The results, however, should not be used without
very careful consideration.
