I'm looking at my notes and am starting to doubt myself:

The official caption is:
LVIII [14]67 gennaio 5 - Trento, Bibl. com. W 3396, f. 70v (nr. 57)

And my handwritten notes for entry "nr. 57" say:
Petrus Comestar - Historia Scholastica

Is that possible? A naked lady in a theological treatise?
