I may be able to get these on inter-library loan. Tell me if I should try:

U¨bersicht u¨ber die nichtdiplomatischen Geheimschriften des Mittelalters
Bischoff, Bernhard / Bo¨hlau / 1954

This consists of a list of manuscripts containing cipher, usually only a few words in an otherwise normal text. It mentions the Fontana cipher MSS which we discussed about two years ago. It is not illustrated except for tables of cipher alphabets. Bischoff was an eminent palaeographer and I doubt if he missed much. There is a detailed summary on my web site:
