I should perhaps also add that Yale do not currently seem (remotely) 
interested in funding such tests. To make this happen properly would 
involve forming a charity, electing a board, gaining academic and cultural 
support, raising funds, making a formal proposal, etc - which I guess would 
probably take at least 2 years (and probably 3-4) to come to fruition. 
Basically, deferred gratification at its most deferred. :-(
