VMs: Kircher and hoaxes

This link provides more information on the hoaxes Kircher
was victim of (there was more than one):

Indeed if he was not the target of such jokes it is possible
he would have taken the VMS more seriously. There is no
evidence that he ever replied to Baresch and Marci's
letters. After him the VMS vanishes in time and reappears
only centuries later. At least he would be in a better
position than us to track its origin, since he lived at the
same time of previous owners.

Speaking of Kircher's letters, anyone knows what happened to
the 'Kircher correspondence project' once available here ?
