The actual table is in John Dee's Mysteriorum, Liber Tertius.
I have pdfs of these files but can't remember where they actually came from. The
largest is 519k. If anyone wants them I can put them on the web. I have no idea
about copyright. I think they may have come from the John Dee publication
project web site.
