Do any of the above eras data go lower than (beyond) /1350?? say 1100 or LESS?

No, that would be Althochdeutsch (old-high-german). I was only analysing texts considered to be frühneuhochdeutsch (early-new-high-german), as Elmar was interested in that era of the german language (see thread 'letters bound later'), because he thinks it might've been written around 1450.
Although, I think there are transcriptions of a few older texts on the net too, probably not in such a nice format like the XMLs I had this time.
