John: I think the reason people discount the Ukrainian solution is that
1) The text seems to have nothing to do with the pictures
2) I have not seen a translation you have done, with the path you used to get there: ie a line of Voy, your translation, then the English

For instance:  I would like to see this:

Voy (from F68r1): tochso otchl qokeeedy cheey cheeteey
>From your chart : ?WPDW  W?PL  SWT???KS  P??S  P?????S
Ukrainian with vowels: ???
English: ???

There are several missing symbols on your chart so I couldn't translate correctly.  If you could show me the above for a paragraph of the Voy I would take a serious look at your work, but until that is done it is just another unfounded theory.  

Belief is all in the proof!

Jeff,
In my home page is posted VMS alphabet.
The defined alphabet does not change with each page or paragraph.
>From page 1 to the last page the alphabet and language are the same.
The space between words and phrases are well marked and stay
the same. Using my alphabet and knowledge of Ukrainian language
one can read and understand what is written in VMS.
You may not agree, but this does not change what is there.
