OK, what do you mean "Original Transcription"? Do you want a Bitmap of the page?
Forget it.
Until you show the logical progression from Voynich to Vowelless Ukrainian to Ukrainian with vowels (and it would be nice to have an English translation) your theory is a non starter.

If you claim that this is original VMs. inscription than you should know the
meaning.
To me original insciption is the inscription given in VMs. alphabet.
The transliterated VMs. alphabet to any alphabet is not original.
There is reason for this why I wont original inscription.
